RSS technology is developping much faster than I expected. The following is the widget that was generated from an RSS mixer software, where one can access the RSS FEED registered blog threads, in audio! もちろん、日本語は文字化けして[?}の連続となります。
- Good News! 朗報です!- "Feed2PodCast" is back again, Yes, up and running again as of 10/15/07 - このスレッドにmyasudakg Blogger blogのFeed2Podcast設定と別スレッドの静止画2枚貼り付けました。
FEED 2 PODCAST: http://feed2podcast.comFeed2Podcast turns your garden-variety RSS feed into a series of audio files, which can then be subscribed to like a podcast. You sign up for the service, add your text RSS feed to your account and Feed2Podcast automatically converts text entries to speech. The audio sounds a little robotic, but for free it's an impressive use of available technology (source: http://www.voiceblog.jp/myasuda/346992.html)

Feed2Podcast does NOT seem to update the widget automatically,
taking the source RSS feeds on a soource Blog site and the like.
You would have to feed RSS to generate xmls and widgets, manually?? A nuisance!!
Later did I find it was UPDATED!! It simply takes time, I presume.

WIKI tutorial in seminar class in 2005:
I almost forgot that I assigned students to listen to the Bible in audio on the web, as part of English edcucation - oral reading or shadow reading. When I was sarching my old WIKI pages, I happen to find one of the former students metioning that I did introduce KJ Bible reading or listening practice in class.
Gradually, I started remembering having taught in a seminar class how to write and post in WIKI, too, and behold a student mentiones in his/her wiki page that I assigned him or her to recite the Lord's prayer.

We can combine Bible in English lessons? I requested an Audio Bilble at our Dept. library, but they could not handle a purchase order in US dollars. What a pity! They kindly asked me to process ordering so that I can get re-imbursed later. I got a litle annoyed and talked to a couple Chaplains on campus why the Theology Dept. does not have such a tool: audio CD-ROM Bible. They giggled, but I stopped pursuing. There ought to be a Bible class in English!! at our school, don't you think?

Example:
If your blog is WordPress site, append your Blog URL with '/feed'
e.g.
http://kwanseilaw.wordpress.com/
Append 'feed/' at the end to produce
Text2Speech generated MP3 on the threads of my WordPress blog via Talkr.com
Clicking the following links will download respective MP3 audio file
and should play on an MP3 player on a local PC or Macintosh.
Japanese texts are skipped by text2speech engine, which serves the purpose very well.
